Moody Discord Bot: Data Collection:

The following data is collected and processed by the Moody Discord Bot:

Identifiers Collected:

• Guild IDs & Names: Unique identifiers and names of Discord servers where the Bot is active.
• Channel IDs: Unique identifiers for specific channels within Discord servers.
• Role IDs: Unique identifiers for user roles within Discord servers.
• User IDs: Unique identifiers for individual Discord users interacting with the Bot.
• Message IDs & Timestamps: Unique identifiers and timestamps for messages interacting with Bot commands.
• Nicknames, Usernames & Avatars: Display names and profile pictures of Discord users.

Content & Behavioural Data:

• Commands Data: Data generated by your use of Bot commands, including admin, automod, moderation, fun, boards, economy, family, anime, information, games, invite, profile, stats, TTS, and voice commands.
• Message Content: When a command is invoked, that message content is stored for a maximum of 30 days for debugging. Edited and sniped message data is stored for a maximum of 2 hours.
• AFK Status, Marriages & Other Features: Data necessary to provide Bot features including AFK status, user marriages, and similar social features.
• Username & Avatar History: Logged to power the "usernames" and "avatars" commands. Users can clear this data themselves at any time.

Discord.ink: Data Collection:

The following data is collected through the Discord.ink handle reservation platform:

• Discord User ID: Collected via Discord OAuth when you sign in to claim a handle. Used to uniquely identify your account and associate it with your reservation.
• Discord Username & Display Name: Collected at sign-in to personalise your experience and for server membership verification.
• Guild Membership Status: We verify that you are a member of the official Moody Discord server (discord.gg/moody) at the time of reservation and may re-verify periodically.
• Reserved Handle: The handle string you reserve is stored and associated with your Discord User ID.
• Reservation Timestamp: The date and time your handle was reserved, used for auditing and priority ordering.
• Source & Referral Data: Basic metadata about how you arrived at the claim page (e.g., referral parameter), used for analytics.

Marketing Communications:

By claiming a handle on Discord.ink and connecting your Discord account, you consent to receive marketing communications from Aly Enterprises about Discord.ink, Moody, and other products in our ecosystem. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting [email protected].

Use of Data (All Services):

• Data collected across our Services is used to operate features, verify eligibility, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and improve our products.
• We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to any third parties.
• Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

Data Security and Retention:

• We implement robust security measures including encryption of sensitive user data at rest to guard against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
• Bot command data such as message content is retained for a maximum of 30 days. Edit/snipe data is retained for a maximum of 2 hours.
• Discord.ink handle reservation data is retained for the duration of your reservation and for a reasonable period following launch of the service.
• All other data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our Services or as required by law.

User Rights:

Data Removal:

To request removal or deletion of your data across any of our Services, send a request to [email protected]. Please specify exactly what data you want removed and include proof of ownership of your Discord account. We may take up to 2 weeks to process your request. Requests without account verification will be closed.

Data Access:

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Specify the data you are requesting and include proof of account ownership. We may take up to 2 weeks to respond.

Children's Privacy:

Our Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our Services or provide any personal information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
