Welcome to the Aly Enterprises ecosystem. These Terms of Service govern your use of all services operated by Aly Enterprises, including the Moody Discord Bot (“Bot”), the moody.gg website, and Discord.ink, a pre-launch handle reservation platform accessible at discord.ink and dc.ink. Collectively these are referred to as the “Services.” By using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aly Enterprises, and “you” refers to you, the user.

Discord.ink is an independent, third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Discord, Inc. in any way. “Discord” is a registered trademark of Discord, Inc.

Definitions:

• Services: All functionalities, features, and services provided by the Moody Discord Bot, the moody.gg website, and the Discord.ink handle reservation platform.
• User: Any individual or entity that interacts with, uses, or accesses any of our Services.
• Bot: The Moody Discord Bot and all its associated commands, features, and integrations.
• Handle: A unique username reserved through Discord.ink in the format dc.ink/@handle.
• Ultra Handle: Any handle of 1 to 3 characters. Requires an active Moody Ultra subscription within 14 days of platform launch to retain.
• Premium Handle: Any handle of 4 to 5 characters, or any handle matching a common English dictionary word (regardless of length). Requires an active Moody Premium or Ultra subscription within 14 days of platform launch to retain.
• Free Handle: Any handle of 6 or more characters that is not a common English word. Reserved at no cost with no subscription required at launch.
• Discord Server: The virtual community space on Discord where the Bot is added and operates.
• Permissions: Rights or privileges granted to the Bot by the user, necessary for the Bot's operation.
• Termination: The ending of a user's access to any or all of our Services.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 13 years of age to use any of our Services, consistent with Discord's minimum age requirements. By using our Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

Moody Discord Bot: Permission and Use:

• You agree to grant the Bot necessary permissions for its functionality, including administrative privileges where required.
• You acknowledge that the Bot may access information in your server and grant permission for its use in providing services.
• You and your server members must comply with these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Violations may result in the Bot being disabled without notice.
• You may remove the Bot from your server at any time.

Discord.ink: Handle Reservations:

Discord.ink allows you to reserve a handle in the format dc.ink/@handle prior to the platform's public launch. A reservation does not constitute ownership and is subject to the following conditions:

• Server Requirement: To reserve and maintain a handle, you must hold an active Discord account and remain a member of the official Moody Discord server (discord.gg/moody). Leaving the server may result in your reservation being revoked.
• Free Handles (6+ characters, non-dictionary): Reserved at no cost and maintained at launch provided you remain in the Moody server.
• Premium Handles (4–5 characters, or any common English word): Held until launch. Once the platform goes live, Premium handle holders have 14 days to subscribe to Moody Premium or Ultra. Failure to subscribe within that window will result in the handle being released.
• Ultra Handles (1–3 characters): Held until launch. Once the platform goes live, Ultra handle holders have 14 days to subscribe to Moody Ultra. Failure to subscribe within that window will result in the handle being released.
• All reservations are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to revoke any handle at any time without notice if it violates these Terms, infringes on third-party rights, or is deemed inappropriate in our sole discretion.
• Handle reservations cannot be sold, traded, or transferred.
• You may not use automated means to reserve multiple handles.
• Handles that impersonate any person, brand, or organisation, or that contain hate speech or offensive content, will be revoked.
• Handle reservations are pre-launch only. We make no guarantee that the Service will launch or that reserved handles will be available in their current form at launch.

Subscription & Refund Policy:

Moody Premium and Moody Ultra are recurring subscription services billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing and refund terms:

• Monthly plans are non-refundable. Upon subscribing, you receive immediate access to all plan features. Cancelling a monthly plan stops your next charge; your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or full refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.
• Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after this window under any circumstances.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via moody.gg/manage to prevent renewal.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Annual subscribers are locked in at the rate paid for the duration of their current billing year.
• Any subscription obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the refund policy may result in immediate termination of access and a permanent ban from all Aly Enterprises services.

Prohibited Use (All Services):

• Our Services must not be used to violate any laws, regulations, or platform-specific rules.
• Exploiting, scraping, or copying content, or bypassing intended functionality, is prohibited.
• Report misuse or legal violations to [email protected].

Marketing Communications:

By claiming a handle on Discord.ink, you consent to receive marketing communications from Aly Enterprises relating to Discord.ink, Moody, and other products within the Aly Enterprises ecosystem. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Disclaimer of Warranties:

• All Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." No warranties are made regarding performance, reliability, or availability.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any of our Services.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. If you are refunded under any circumstances, your Discord account may be subject to a ban from all of our Services.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify Aly Enterprises and its developers against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of any of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms:

These Terms may be updated at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of any Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
