Monthly Plans
Non-refundable
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. Upon subscribing, you receive immediate access to all plan features. If you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current billing cycle and your next charge is stopped. No partial or full refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date at moody.gg/manage.
Annual Plans
7-day money-back guarantee
Annual subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will not be issued after this window under any circumstances.

- —Pricing may change at any time. Annual subscribers are locked in at the rate they paid for the duration of their billing year.
- —Refunds obtained through chargebacks or fraud may result in permanent suspension from all Moody services.
- —Downgrading from Ultra to Premium takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference.
