How does subscribing work?
You can subscribe in two ways: on the web at moody.gg/manage via Stripe or directly inside Discord (open Moody's App Page → Store). Both paths give identical features at the same price. Your Premium or Ultra role is assigned automatically. If you run into any issues, join us at discord.gg/moody and we'll sort it out.
What is a Discord.ink username hold?
Discord.ink by Moody is a pre-launch handle reservation platform. A Premium username is any handle 4 to 5 characters or a common English word. An Ultra username is 1 to 3 characters. Standard usernames (6+ chars, non-dictionary) are free for all users.
What is the Early Supporter badge?
A permanent Discord.ink profile badge, earned the moment you subscribe during pre-launch, even if you later cancel. Subscribe once at any point before launch and it is yours forever. This badge will no longer be available after launch.
Can I upgrade from Premium to Ultra?
Yes. Visit moody.gg/manage and upgrade anytime. Your new tier takes effect at the next billing cycle with no proration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at moody.gg/manage and your subscription stays active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds on monthly plans. Cancelling stops your next charge.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly plans are non-refundable. You retain full access until the end of your billing period and can cancel anytime before your next charge. Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. To request a refund on an annual plan, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after this window.
